The multifunctional relay ZUBR MF is designed to protect the single phase electric grid from unacceptable voltage deviations, as well as exceeding current consumption and actual power. With it, you can limit the actual power consumption of connected equipment. The relay operates on the cutoff principle: if the set values are exceeded, it turns off the load.
The relay will resume the load supply after the set time when the emergency is over and the voltage in the network has stabilized. You can adjust the load delay time from 3 to 600 seconds. For equipment sensitive to frequent power on/off (refrigerators, air conditioners, etc.), we recommend setting the delay value at 120-180 seconds.
You can adjust the load turn off delay when the current consumption and the actual power are exceeded safely . The delay time range is from 0 to 240 seconds.
Voltage supply will start after the delay time (green indicator will be activated).
Voltage and current measurement accuracy
The relay provides a high level of accuracy in measuring voltage, current, and actual power using the True RMS algorithm. However, you can adjust the display of these parameters according to your control device.
The housing of the device is made of non-flammable polycarbonate. The relay is also equipped with a thermal sensor that protects from overheating.
The multifunctional relay is controlled by only three buttons. The upper and lower buttons are used to set the upper and lower voltage limits accordingly. The middle button opens a menu where you can adjust the maximum current and power consumption. The menu sets the delay time of voltage switch on, as well as the time of disconnection of load supply when the permissible values of current and power are exceeded.
The relay stores critical values of voltage, current and actual power in non-volatile memory.
